Julie Griffiths

Julie specialises in the implementation of change, offering an objective and independent viewpoint to assist organisations in the development and delivery of effective and efficient services.

Having worked at a senior level in both the private and public sectors, Julie has considerable experience in the delivery of change across a wide range of disciplines, including education.
When working for a large, national company Julie managed a number of high profile projects, worked as an internal process consultant during a time of major change and led a team of business improvement managers across UK South. With a particular interest in the development of self and others, she strongly supported the company’s youth development programme through mentoring and support of the young people involved and was a provider for the company’s extensive leadership programme.
Before becoming a director of GGT Associates Julie worked in a local authority in South Wales. Initially employed in leisure services she delivered key projects, undertook process reviews, and designed and delivered team building workshops. After moving to the post of Group Manager, Strategic Planning and Resources, in the Children’s Directorate Julie built an effective project management team to manage the schools’ modernisation programme. Julie has a strong interest in community regeneration and capacity building, particularly in terms of the community benefits to be realised when undertaking projects.
Julie has a keen interest in equine activities and supports local show and farming organisations including the Pony Club.
